PLEASE NOTE
1. Affiliate events may not overlap with any education component of the meeting. 
(Receptions may, however, occur during an Expert Panel or Committee meeting) 
2. There is a $1000 administration fee for each event. 
3. There will be a limited number of reception time slots available on Saturday evening. 
4. Reservations must be requested by September 13th, 2019. 
5. Event space assignments will be distributed on October 4th,2019. 
6. Event space CANNOT be reserved directly through the hotel - you must go through the Academy. After registering and paying the fee, the Academy will place you in contact with a contact at the hotel to set up food & beverage and AV arrangements for your event.
