Exhibitor Setup

Thursday, October 24th 11:00am - 1:30pm

Exhibit installation must be completed by 1:30pm on Thursday, October 24, 2019. Installation hours are subject to change. Exhibitors will be notified if a change in hours is necessary.

Exhibit Dismantling

Saturday, October 26th 1:30pm – 3:00pm

Exhibit dismantle and move-out must be completed by 3:00pm on Saturday, October 26, 2019. The Academy and the official service contractor may, without incurring any liability for damage or loss, dismantle any property of any exhibitor who has failed to move out at the sole expense of the exhibitor. Dismantle hours are subject to change. Exhibitors will be notified if a change in hours is necessary.

Booth Size & Supplies

6’ deep by 6’ wide, (1) 6’ x 30” table, 2 chairs, (1) identification sign, electrical power (if requested).

Conference Registration

The Exhibitor Registration Fee includes 2 exhibitor registrations (which do not include admission to Living Legends and Induction Ceremony). Additional exhibitor booth personnel badges may be purchased at $200/person.
